FAQ - General Visa Information
Yes. The VOA/e-VOA allows a 30-day stay, extendable once (up to 60 days) at an Indonesian immigration office. If you need a longer stay, we can arrange a 60-day Visit Visa instead. Overstays incur fines of IDR 1,000,000 per day—we’ll help you extend on time to stay compliant.
For most e-VOA and Visit Visa applications, everything is done online—no biometrics or in-person interview required. In rare cases where a consulate visit is needed (e.g., non-tourist or document legalization), we’ll schedule the appointment and prepare your file for you.
The e-VOA is issued quickly once submitted correctly—apply at least 48 hours before your flight. Visit Visas (tourist or business) typically take around 5 working days when all documents are complete. We pre-check your file to prevent delays caused by common issues like mismatched passport details or unclear photos.
Each traveler, including infants and children, must hold their own visa if required by nationality. If your child has a separate passport, submit an individual e-VOA application; fees apply equally to all ages. We coordinate family applications to ensure all approvals are issued together and accurately list parent or guardian details as required by Immigration, preventing any check-in complications.
