If the officer does not stamp a specific date in your passport, the default stay is up to 6 months from entry (unless your passport or biometrics expire earlier). You can request a stamp for clarity on your exit date. Most visitors are granted multiple-entry visas. We’ll ensure that your request is structured to align with Canadian immigration policy.
Processing times vary by country and season. The IRCC provides current processing-time ranges, which do not include the time required for biometrics. If there is no VAC in your country, you may use any VAC worldwide, which is convenient for frequent travelers. We will handle the scheduling and guide you through the process.
Yes, IRCC allows you to apply online from anywhere, and you can provide biometrics at any VAC worldwide. The key requirement is that your legal stay in the UAE is clear when you visit the VAC. We’ll assist you in ensuring this documentation is in order. Additionally, we’ll schedule your VAC appointment (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) to align with your travel plans, and coordinate courier services for passport returns if you’re traveling soon after the visa is stamped.
You can submit your passport only after receiving the Passport Request (PPR) email from IRCC. In the UAE, this process is managed through VFS Global at WAFI Mall (Dubai) or in Abu Dhabi. Some VACs may only accept mail or courier submissions. We will prepare your passport packet and labels exactly as specified by the VAC instructions. Additionally, we will arrange for courier delivery of your stamped passport back to you, with full end-to-end tracking for a smooth and predictable process.
