• Passport Copy of the traveler, valid for at least 6 months
• 1 Recent Passport-sized photo with a plain white background
• A covering letter from the agent or accommodation booking, signed by the agent
• A covering letter from the host in Malawi, signed by the host.
• Birth certificate (required if the applicant is a minor)
• Consent form (required if the applicant is a minor)
• Proof of legal guardianship (if the applicant is a minor and not under the care of a natural parent)
