- Passport of the traveler, valid for at least 6 months
- Valid UAE residence visa, with at least 3 months' validity beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen Area
- Original bank statement, stamped, for the last 3 or 6 months, as required by the country.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer or sponsor
- Photo with a white plain background
- Original and copy of marriage certificate with English translation if traveling as a couple
- Original and copy of birth certificate with English translation for children under 12
FAQ - General Visa Information
EU regulations state most short-stay Schengen applications are processed within 15 days, though some may take up to 45 days for additional checks. We'll provide realistic timelines based on your consulate and season, and monitor your file to prevent delays or missed requests.
We provide a visa-compliant insurance certificate covering all Schengen countries for your travel dates. Policies must include at least €30,000 for medical treatment and repatriation. If your dates change, we'll update the certificate to match your new itinerary.
Follow the 'main destination/longest stay' rule: apply to the country where you'll stay the longest or, if stays are equal, the first country of entry. We'll ensure your itinerary matches the correct consulate and align your purpose (tourism, business, family visit) with the country's specific requirements for a consistent application.
provide the following documents: passport (6+ months validity), UAE residence visa (3+ months beyond return), 3–6 months bank statements (recommended ≥ 15,000 AED balance), white-background photo, NOC from employer/sponsor, and English translations of marriage/birth certificates if applicable. We’ll handle the rest: application form, appointment booking, and visa-compliant hotel, ticket, and insurance certificates. You sign, and we’ll submit and track your file until passport return.
